A loved one lets us know
They submit a report with an official document. An authorised administrator reviews it and may request further information.

A person reviews and decides
The report is approved or rejected. Releasing your content remains a human decision: inactivity never triggers delivery.

Your loved ones receive your words
Each recipient receives a link to their own collection, containing only the items intended for them, with six months of free access.
Your content stays in a private space. Your email must be verified. Files are kept outside direct public access and are served only after an authorisation check.
Your payments are processed by Stripe. DUNELIA does not store any payment card numbers.
How your content is protected
Connections to the website are protected by HTTPS. Content is not encrypted at rest or end to end. Authorised administrators can technically access it when operating the service requires it.

Yes. No payment card is needed to register and verify your account. One letter is included free to get you started. Additional slots, photos, videos and audio require a subscription.
Yes. You can add, view and remove recipients, then change those assigned to each message.
Without a commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. With a twelve-month commitment paid monthly, cancellation can be requested at any time but takes effect at the end of the commitment. It does not delete the account or existing content.
