Quantities indicate the number of items stored at the same time, with no monthly accumulation. Videos can be up to 100 MB each; a video slot can also hold an audio message (20 MB). After the initial 12-month commitment, the committed plan continues monthly with no new annual commitment.
For your loved ones: six months of free access after the file is opened. Storage with online access is then available at 2.99 €/month per heir and per file. Understand access and retention periods.

Frequently asked questions
A death must be reported to DUNELIA. An authorised administrator then reviews the report; nothing is sent automatically. An official supporting document may be requested before any decision.
Files are stored outside direct public access and served only after a server-side authorisation check. Content is not encrypted at rest by the application; authorised administrative access remains technically possible when required to manage the service.
Yes, you remain in full control. You can edit, update or delete any message at any time from your dashboard. A death report does not trigger automatic sending.
The individual slot plans allow you to add a single slot (text, photo or video) to your space. The packs combine several slots and offer a choice of discounted payment schedules. Quantities remain available throughout the subscription: they do not renew each month.
Yes. You can add a subscription and request its cancellation from your dashboard. Without a commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. With a twelve-month commitment paid monthly, it is scheduled for the end of the twelve months.
You can pay by payment card or PayPal. You can choose monthly payments without a commitment, twelve monthly payments with a 20% discount, or advance payment for 3, 6 or 12 months with a 5%, 15% or 30% discount respectively. The subscription renews for the same duration until cancelled.
Without a commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. With a twelve-month commitment paid monthly, cancellation can be requested at any time but takes effect at the end of the commitment. It does not delete the account or existing content. No automatic deletion deadline after cancellation is currently applied.
Your content belongs to you and can be viewed and downloaded from your space at any time. If the service were to close, every customer would be notified by email at least three months in advance to retrieve their content, and prepaid periods would be refunded on a pro rata basis.
Whatever your subscription, you can add as many loved ones as you wish. Each person has their own profile with their contact details and relationship to you.
